The full hook-up campsites are nestled in an oak grove, overlooking Douglas Lake. Non-refundable deposits and three night minimums are required on Holiday Weekends. We will give rain checks.

Annual Campsite Rental Rates
All campsites include electric, sewer, and water. Annually: $1,800.00 to
$2,000.00 depending on site location.

All accounts must be paid in advance (Monthly, Quarterly, or Seasonally)
All accounts must be paid in full before campers can be removed
10% penalty on all late payments
Season rates are March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2010
